The SIM Registration Act is supported by Globe, and we will set up a secure infrastructure so our customers can register their SIM cards easily, safely, and conveniently.
Until July 30, 2023, you cannot register your old SIM if it was purchased before December 27, 2022. You will need to obtain a new SIM card and register through Globe’s portal again after getting a new SIM card.

Ways to Register Your Globe SIM
Here are the steps for how to register your SIM card if you are a Prepaid, Postpaid, or Platinum customer. Those steps apply to Retailer SIMs as well.

You should register your number under the name of your company with Globe Business Corporate-Managed Postpaid. At a later date, your company’s Authorized Representative will receive details of the registration requirements and steps.
PrePaid:
- Access the SIM Registration website.
- By clicking “Register”, you will be asked to enter your 10-digit mobile number (for example, 9171234567).
- On your mobile phone, you will receive a one-time PIN (OTP) if you are eligible to register.
- Register on the registration website by entering the 6-digit OTP. There is a five-minute expiration date on the OTP.
- The registration process can now be completed once your OTP has been validated.
- The following fields must be filled out: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality
- You can upload your government-issued ID by taking a selfie and selecting the type. Your government ID must be uploaded by clicking the “attach” button.
- If you agree with the Globe’s Privacy Notice and Accuracy Attestation, please check the box.
- Upon completing the registration form, click on the “Submit” button.
- The registration process will end with a reference number appearing on your screen. Proof of registration can be found in the reference number.
PostPaid:
- If your SIM registration details are correct, Globe will send you a text message.
- If you would like to verify your registration and details, text SIMREG to 8080.
- As soon as you are registered, Globe will send you a confirmation message!

Step 2: Click on Register and enter your mobile number.
Step 3: If you are 18+, click on the proceed button. You can register on behalf of your parents or guardians if you are under 18.
Step 4: Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number to verify your number. Please click on Resend Code if you have not received the code.
Step 5: Complete the form by entering the necessary information, including your contact information.
